This patient had severe abdominal pain.patient came to hospital with large right inguinal Hernia since 2 year. Patient is working as a bus driver, as he was doing hard work so we offered him Laparoscopy with E -Tep mesh repair. Patient was discharged the next day and advised daily routine activity and a full diet. Because of 3laproscopic wounds he didn't have any pain. Patient is very happy as he can join duty in a few days. Laparoscopic hernia surgery has tremendous advantages over open hernia surgery.
